Thistles Shoes is the trading name of AE Struthers Ltd. AE Struthers Ltd own the Trade Marks, Patents and Registered Design Rights which are valid and exclusive to AE Struthers Ltd. AE Struthers Ltd can exclusively make, offer, put on the market, import or export the design, or stock the trade mark for the above purposes. These rights are deemed to be infringed by any unauthorised third party who does any of the above with the design, for commercial gain. AE Struthers Ltd will vigorously defend any breach of the aforementioned.
